Sometimes the way you feel doesn't match with society's boxes. Sometimes you are equipped with a body that does not match your gender identity. Sometimes you are depressed but nobody seems to honestly want you to share this. Sometimes you want to be free but society seems to want you to join in the rat race that inherently makes you unhappy.
lyrics
Quand il fait noir
quand le soleil brillait
j’avais des ailes de cire
transparantes et fragiles
comme une illusion
quand il a tellement plu
J'avais des ailes de papier
je n’ai jamais pensé
que je pourrais voler
Je n’attend pas demain
moi je suis sur mon chemin
je m’en fous oú
le vent me portera
je n’ai enfin plus peur
et je saute dans les profondeurs
quand il fait noir
l’étoile me mènera
quand le vent a chanté
j’ai compris son appel
ses soupirs de flanelle
son souffle de velours
il y a certains nuages
le long de mon visage
sombre comme de l'encre
et l’abîme grandit
